The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures and other necessary matters when using the Internet site service provided by Bymeta (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 3 (Rules outside the terms and conditions)

⑤ 'Terminal' refers to a personal computer and modem installed by the customer to use the service provided by the company.

Chapter 2 Conclusion of the contract of use
Article 5 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
(1) The contract of use is established by the consent of the customer to the contents of these terms of use and the consent of the company for the application for use.

Article 6 (Application for Service Use)
(1) Customers who wish to use this service must provide all information (name, contact information, etc.) requested by the company.
(2) All users must provide their name and contact information to use the service, and users who do not register under their real name cannot claim any rights.
(3) All IDs of users who applied for use by stealing someone else's name (name and contact information, etc.) will be deleted and may be subject to punishment in accordance with related laws.
(4) The company may classify the users using this service by grade and subdivide the usage time, frequency of use, service menu, etc. to differentiate the use.
Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
The company strives to protect users' personal information, including user registration information, as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. Relevant laws and the company's privacy policy apply to the protection and use of user personal information. However, the company's privacy policy does not apply to sites linked from the web other than the company's official site. In addition, the company is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the user.
Article 8 (Approval and Restriction of Application for Use)

(2) The company does not accept the following cases.

(3) If the application for use of the service falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the company may withhold the approval of the application until the reason for the restriction on approval is resolved.
① If the company does not have enough facilities
② If there is a technical problem with the company
③ If it is difficult to approve the use due to reasons attributable to the company
(4) If the customer applying for use is a minor stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, the company may withhold the approval as stipulated in the information for each service.
Article 9 (User Rights and Personal Information Collection)
(1) Users can use all the services of the company without separate membership registration. Due to the nature of the non-member system, the user's name, email, company name, school name, mobile phone number, and cookies may be collected to provide services.
Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
(1) The company must make the service available to the user on the desired service start date unless there are special circumstances.
(2) In order to provide continuous and stable service, the company will repair or restore the facility without delay when there is a failure or loss of the facility, unless there is an unavoidable reason.
(3) The company establishes a security system to protect personal information and discloses and complies with the personal information protection policy.
(4) If the opinions or complaints raised by the users are objectively recognized as justifiable, the company must immediately deal with them through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the user must be notified of the reason and processing schedule.
Article 11 (Obligations of Users)
(1) When requesting an inquiry, the user must fill out all matters based on the facts under his or her real name, and cannot claim any rights when registering false or other people's information.
(2) The user must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and other matters set forth by the company, such as the company's announcements and related laws and regulations. You must not do what you are told.
(3) Except for cases where the company is held liable in accordance with the relevant laws and 'Personal Information Protection Policy', the user is responsible for all consequences arising from the user's illegal use.
(4) Users cannot engage in business activities using the service without the prior consent of the company, and the company is not responsible for the results of those sales activities. In addition, if the company suffers damage due to such business activities, the user is obligated to compensate the company for damages, and the company may restrict the use of the service and claim damages against the user through legal procedures.
(5) The user cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral without the express consent of the company.
(6) Users must not infringe the intellectual property rights of the company and third parties.
(7) Users must not engage in any of the following acts, and if they do, the company may impose sanctions, including restrictions on service use and legal measures.
① Registering false information upon inquiry or request

③ Acts that impersonate the company's management, employees, or related persons
④ Changing the company's client program, hacking the company's server, or arbitrarily changing part or all of the website or posted information without being granted special rights by the company
⑤ Acts that harm or intentionally interfere with the service
⑥ Acts of copying information obtained through this service for purposes other than service use without prior consent of the company, using it for publication and broadcasting, or providing it to a third party
⑦ Acts of transmitting, posting, e-mailing, or other means of disseminating information, sentences, figures, sounds, or videos of vulgar or obscene content that violate public order and morals
⑧ Transmitting, posting, or distributing content that is offensive or personally identifiable, which may infringe on the honor or privacy of others, by e-mail or other means;
⑨ Acts of harassing or threatening other users, or continuously causing pain or inconvenience to specific users
⑩ Collecting or storing other users' personal information without the company's approval
⑪ Acts that are objectively judged to be related to a crime
⑫ Any act that violates any other rules or conditions of use set by the company, including these terms and conditions

Chapter 4 Use of Services
Article 12 (Service Use Hours)
(1) In principle, service use is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special problem in the business or technology of the company.
(2) The company may temporarily suspend the service without notice due to unavoidable reasons such as urgent system inspection, expansion and replacement, and completely suspend the currently provided service for reasons deemed appropriate by the company, such as replacement with a new service You can.
(3) The company may limit or suspend all or part of the service in the event that normal service provision is not possible due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or excessive use of the service. However, in this case, the reason and period will be notified to the user in advance or afterward.
(4) In case of service interruption due to reasons beyond the company's control (system administrator's intentional or negligent disk failure, system down, etc.) ) will not be notified in case of system interruption due to intentional or negligence.
(5) The company may divide the service into specific ranges and separately designate the available time for each range. However, in this case, we will notify you.
Article 13 (Management of Posts)
The company may delete, move, or refuse registration of any of the following posts or materials without prior notice.

Article 14 (Copyright for Posts)
(1) Users may not commercially use the data posted on the service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information acquired using the service.
Article 15 (Provision of Information)
(1) The company may provide users with various information deemed necessary to use the service by e-mail or letter mail.
(2) The company may request additional personal information with the user's consent for the purpose of service improvement and user service introduction.
Article 16 (Advertising and Transactions with Advertisers)
(1) A part of the service investment base on which the company can provide services to users comes from revenues from advertisements. The user agrees to the advertisement displayed when using the service.
(2) The company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the user's participation, communication, or transaction in the advertiser's promotional activities posted on the service or through this service.
Chapter 5 Cancellation and Restriction of Service Use
Article 17 (Change and Termination of Personal Information)
A user may request the company to erase (cancellation) his/her personal information at any time, and the company will immediately follow the procedure for erasing the user's information upon receiving the request.
Article 18 (Restriction on Service Use)
(1) The company may restrict the use of the service if the user violates Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions in terms of service use or falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
① Use of vulgar content and nicknames that hinder public morals
② In the case of severely insulting other users or obstructing the use of the service
③ If it interferes with other normal service operation
④ When there is a request for correction by a related public institution such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
⑤ In case of uploading only data without index file on My Home and using it as a file archive only
⑥ In case of illegal website
- In case of uploading commercial software or crack files
- In the case of posting pornography that violates Article 7 of the bylaws for deliberation by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
- In the case of including content aimed at carrying out anti-state acts
- In case of unauthorized duplication of copyrighted text or uploading of mp3 to home account
(2) In accordance with the above restrictions on use, the service use may be temporarily suspended, initialized, or canceled in accordance with the rules for handling bad users without notice to users who use the service.
Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages and Other Matters
Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)
The company is not responsible for any damages in relation to the use of the service provided free of charge by the service, which does not fall under the provisions of the privacy policy.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
(1) The company is exempted from responsibility for providing the service if it is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.
(2) The company is exempted from liability in the event of damage caused by the telecommunication service being suspended or not normally provided by the key telecommunication service provider.
(3) The company is exempted from liability for damage caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
(4) The company is not responsible for any obstacles or damages to the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the user.
(5) The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the user's computer error or if the member incorrectly entered personal information and e-mail address.
(6) The company is not responsible for the failure or loss of the expected profit by using the service.
(7) The company is not responsible for any damage caused by data obtained by the user while using the service. In addition, the company is not responsible for compensation for the mental damage suffered by other members while using the service.
(8) The company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of various information, data, and facts posted by users on the service.
(9) The company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users and between users and third parties through the service, and is not responsible for compensating for damage caused by this.
(10) The company is not responsible for any damage related to the use of the service provided to users for free.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
(1) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are subject to related laws and commercial practices such as the Telecommunications Business Act.
(2) In the case of the company's flat-rate service members and other paid service users, the terms and policies set by the company separately.
(3) If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
